WALLDORF — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that ERGO Mobility Solutions has selected the SAP S/4HANA Insurance solution to power a digital IT platform for the automotive insurance business.
Using SAP’s secure and open platform integration, ERGO Mobility Solutions will be able to address new mobility formats such as car sharing, car as a service or insurance on demand.
SAP S/4HANA Insurance provides ERGO Mobility Solutions with a modular encapsulated structure and a powerful product engine with predefined generic models and sets of rules. This enables a high level of independence from classic release cycles, leading to smooth integration of customer requirements and considerable efficiency gains for ERGO Mobility Solutions’ partners.
